The Special Use Permit application for the El Palacio Latino strip club proposed for 1831 Capital Boulevard has been withdrawn.

Chavarria, El Palacio Latino, Inc., lessee, appeal for a Special Use Permit per Code Section 10-2141 to operate an adult establishment (a “topless” nightclub with a Latino theme) in the Industrial-2 zoning district at 1831 Capital Boulevard. APPLICATION WITHDRAWN AT REQUEST OF APPLICANT
With the Foxy Lady strip club next door and an adult bookstore just up the road, the beleagured neighbors of Woodcrest are quite happy to see this property become something other than a strip club.
